Anthony Medina, PA-C

Anthony began his medical career when he joined the Navy in the early 1990s, serving as a combat corpsman during major deployments, including the Gulf War and later in Somalia. Following his initial military service, he spent a decade working in mental health—within both locked inpatient facilities and outpatient programs—supporting diverse populations such as adults with developmental delays and young students with emotional needs.

He later returned to military duty, once again serving as a combat corpsman alongside Marine units during significant operations in the early 2000s. After a military career spanning over a decade, he enrolled in PA school at the University of Washington School of Medicine.

In the Atlanta area, Anthony has practiced medicine for well over a decade. His early roles included a two-year tenure at Premier Immediate Care and a year in the cardiothoracic ICU at Emory Hospital. For most recent years, he has been serving patients at North Georgia Urgent Care.

Away from work, Anthony is a proud father of three adult children. When time allows, he enjoys traveling, physical fitness (including running and weightlifting), cooking, painting, and drawing.
